Our Administration

Our Administrative Cabinet provides collaborative leadership in support of District 88's mission, vision, and strategic priorities. Together, the Cabinet oversees teaching and learning, specialized services, business operations, human resources, and other districtwide initiatives that support student achievement and organizational excellence.
 
Guided by a shared commitment to excellence, equity, and engagement, the Administrative Cabinet works alongside staff, families, and the community to ensure every student has access to high-quality educational opportunities and the support needed to succeed.
 

Superintendent
 
  
With more than 20 years in public education, Dr. Stockton provides visionary leadership for Bellwood School District 88, working alongside the Board of Education, staff, families, and community partners to advance academic excellence, organizational growth, and student success.

Mr. Ronald C. Anderson, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services
As a proud District 88 alumnus, Mr. Anderson brings a personal connection to the community while leading the District's business functions in support of student success.

A District 88 alumna with over 35 years in education and nine years of service to our District, Ms. Banks leads the Specialized Services Division, ensuring students receive the individualized supports they need to succeed.

Dr. Javin Cotton, Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning.
Dr. Cotton is and alumni who has served District 88 for the eight years, supporting students’ academic, social, emotional, and personal growth while working closely with staff to strengthen instruction and learning experiences.

With over 20 years of service in District 88, Ms. Kilgore brings extensive experience from across the district, having started as a teacher and moving through leadership in multiple schools. She leads with a deep understanding of what staff need to support of students.
