Digital Backpack Submission

We’re excited to share your events, programs, and resources with District 88 families! The Digital Backpack is the district’s hub for community and school information, and we welcome submissions from community organizations, school partners, and youth-focused programs.

All materials are reviewed and must be approved by the Superintendent’s Office before they are shared with students, families, and staff.

How to Submit

  • Upload your flyer or materials using the form below (preferred).

  • Email your flyer to [email protected].

  • Accepted formats: Microsoft Office, PDF, JPG, PNG.

Deadlines

  • To appear in the weekly Thursday update, submissions must be received by Tuesday at noon. Late submissions will be reviewed for the following week.

Language & Content

  • Materials must be in English and Spanish.

  • Content must be appropriate for students and families and highlight programs, events, or services that benefit District 88 students or the community.

  • Commercial advertising is not allowed unless it directly supports students.

  • Include the disclaimer:
    “Distribution of information by a community group does not imply, directly or indirectly, that the group’s program(s), event(s), and/or service(s) is sanctioned, sponsored, or endorsed by District 88, the Board of Education, or the Superintendent.”

Next Steps

  • Approved materials will be posted every Thursday in the Digital Backpack.

  • Submitters will receive a confirmation email once approved.
