Digital Backpack Submission

Approval must be obtained from the Superintendent's Office before any materials are distributed to District 88 students, faculty and families. There are two ways to secure approval:

  1. Complete the form below and upload a Microsoft Office/.PDF version of the flyer, form or supplemental materials.
  2. Email a Microsoft Office/.PDF version of the flyer, form or supplemental materials to [email protected].

We encourage community partners to include a disclaimer on the flyer stating, "Distribution of information by a community group does not imply, directly or indirectly, that the group's program(s), event(s) and/or service(s) is sanctioned, sponsored or endorsed by the district, the Board of Education or the superintendent."

Note: All submissions must be in English and Spanish.
