Congratulations to all our students that made it to compete in the Annual District Spelling Competition. The top three participants from each elementary and middle school were in attendance, with a total of twelve students competing.
After 26 rounds a third grade student from Grant Elementary was crowned the winner. The top three winners are:
1st Place: Jared De Loera - 3rd Grade - Grant Elementary School
2nd Place: Darius Jackson - 8th Grade - Roosevelt Middle School
3rd Place: Da'Ryus Ward - 5th Grade - Lincoln Elementary School

The first place winner will represent the district with other schools in the region at the Annual West40 Bee on Thursday, March 2, 2023.
