LEVEL I

1. Running or excessive noise in hall or building.
2. Cheating or copying school work.
3. Improper use of hall pass.
4. Being improperly dressed (according to school code).
5. Initiating or participating in any unacceptable physical/verbal contact.
6. Class or school truancy or tardiness.
7. Use of offensive language or gestures.
8. Refusal to obey reasonable instructions.
9. Inappropriate playground behavior.
10. Minor bus misconduct.
11. Forging of parent's /guardian's name.

Outcomes for these infractions may range from minimum to maximum consequences and may be implemented in any order depending upon the severity of the behavior.

1. Verbal warning from staff member.
2. Staff/student conference.
3. Staff/student/parent conference or phone call.
4. Staff/student/parent/principal conference.
5. Detention (Parent must be notified.)
6. Removal of student from class or school activities.
7. Any other alternatives suggested in the addendum.
